kappa-small simplicial set

Definition

Let \(X\) be a simplicial set and \(\kappa\) a cardinal.
Then \(X\) is said to be \(\kappa\) small, if

\begin{align*} \vert X \vert = \vert \{\textrm{ non degenerate simplices }\} \vert < \kappa \end{align*}

for \(n \in \mathbb{N}\)
